Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00pm
These classes begin with a heart felt theme, short meditation and then the asana (movement practice). Always ending with Savasana a time of meditation and reflection (the yoga nap).

Michelle is a certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher who devotes her time to learning and teaching new skills.
What can I expect from these workshops? What are they like?
Workshops and Group Meditations are led by Michelle and focus on learning a skill that you can use right away in your daily life. Events will be welcoming and accessible to students with any level of meditation experience.
Do I need to prepare in any way or have certain supplies?
I would suggest a journal to write down the ideas that you find helpful. In meditation and yoga events there are often those "aha moments" when something makes sense, it's nice to be able to jot it down quickly and continue in the experience. If anything specific is needed it will be in the class description.
