What is Instinctive Meditation®

Instinctive Meditation® is a style of meditation that encompasses many different experiences. 
Instinctive Meditation® was developed by Dr.Lorin Roche and his wife Camille Maurine. This meditation style makes space for movement, or sitting still, for listening to our own instincts as a way of guiding and experiencing meditation. 
Each of us has stared at a night sky or a beautiful ocean view and felt the Awe of being in the moment. Meditation can be like these moments. 
Meditation can be as simple as enjoying your favorite dinner, or as serene as  feeling at ease in your nervous system. 
There is space for many different experiences in our practice.
