  • Michelle is an Anusara Inspired® Yoga Teacher, an Advanced Instinctive Meditation® Teacher and has her AS in Elementary Education. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E- RYT500.

  • She has spent many years in the practice and study of yoga and meditation, she brings a wealth of information and skill into every session and class.

These run throughout the school year. Classes are on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Union Wireless Zoom Yoga Classes

If you or your spouse are employed by Union Wireless you can join these yoga classes for free. This is a great health benefit your company provides for you!

Tuesday and Thursday Morning Classes

These classes are from 6:30 to 7:30 am 
What a wonderful way to start your day with an energizing yoga practice.

Tuesday Evening Beginner Classes

These classes are from 7:00 to 8:00 pm

These classes are a great introduction to yoga, with a little slower pace and a chance to learn poses and relaxation techniques.

HR will provide you with the zoom link that works for both of these series, join whichever sessions work for your schedule.
